Dolly Khanna

Dolly brings extensive experience across the aged care and community services sector, with a strong background in home care, service delivery and operational leadership. Over the course of her career, she has built a deep understanding of the systems, people and responsibilities that shape care in the community, and is widely recognised for her practical knowledge of the aged care sector.

 

Dolly was involved in piloting the Home Care Packages Program in Australia, giving her a rare perspective on how the sector has evolved over time. Having seen the system from its earlier stages through to where it is today, she brings a strong and well rounded understanding of aged care operations, sector reform and the realities of delivering care within an increasingly complex environment.

 

She is known for her strong knowledge of the aged care sector and legislation, including funding, compliance and the policy settings that influence service delivery. Her experience allows her to bring both strategic insight and practical understanding to conversations around quality, sustainability and the future of care.
