Lindon brings more than 35 years of experience in the aged care sector, with a career that has spanned frontline management, executive leadership, and strategic governance across Australia, as well as professional engagement in the United Kingdom and Chinese markets. He has held senior leadership roles at some of the sector’s highest levels, including serving as Chief Operating Officer for a major ASX listed aged care provider.
With deep experience in residential aged care operations, workforce leadership, and sector reform, Lindon is widely respected for his ability to lead through complexity while keeping care quality and consumer outcomes front of mind. His work has consistently focused on strengthening organisational performance, building capable teams, and supporting sustainable growth.
Known for his collaborative and accountable leadership style, Lindon now contributes his experience through mentoring senior leaders and serving as a Non Executive Board Member, where he continues to provide strategic guidance and governance shaped by decades in the sector.
