Liz is a State Manager with over 26 years of aged care experience, passionate about connecting great staff with providers and building long-term trusted relationships across the sector.
Liz has committed the last 26 years of her life to this industry and her passion for “why she does what she does” has only grown stronger as the years go by.
Residential Aged Care has become more and more challenging over the years as legislation and staff shortages have impacted the industry. The one area she knows she can help to take some of the pressure off is to find fabulous staff.
She loves to partner with her clients and enjoys the warm relationships and friendships she has developed over the years. She loves to connect with the nurses and let them know how much they are valued and appreciated.
Aged Care holds a very special place in her heart and she can’t imagine investing her life and time into any other industry that would bring her the same level of satisfaction.
